SCH has been engaging NUS Charity – the Charity division of National Union of Students UK – since Summer 2023.
This has come off the back of engagement with NUS-USI and NUS Wales to develop housing co-ops in these devolved nations. NUS Charity supports student unions and other student campaign organisations to obtain funding, develop partnerships and coordinate campaigns with Student Unions across the UK.
A collaboration between the two organisations has been successfully agreed. NUS Charity will act as a funding partner to SCH, opening access to wider sources of funding and facilitation of strategically important conversations with several student unions across the UK and other potential partners.
