Pan-European Association
SCH continues collaboration with Studentendorf (Germany), La Cigue (Switzerland), and Urbamonde (Switzerland & France) with support from Co-op Housing International to develop a Pan-European Association of Student Housing Co-ops – funding and organising another Pan-European event (last held in Late 2022) are in the works. Any members who would like to support this work are welcome to express interest.
NASCO Institute 2023
As part of the Trans-Atlantic Solidarity agreement with North American Students of Cooperation (NASCO), Scott our Society Chair was able to attend with Jens from the Studentendorf to present all our collective hard work at Home and in Europe to North American Student Co-ops. An area North American Co-ops expressed to develop was the potential for a framework to enable student exchanges over the next few months.
